Early Registration Deadline: September 19

Advanced registration, received on or before September 19:
• $465 ASHI Member • $600 Non-member

Onsite registration, received after September 19:
• $515 ASHI Member • $650 Non-Member

Advance registration is strongly recommended as space is limited. Registration forms, including complete payment, must be received by September 19 to guarantee attendance. Additionally, advanced registration ensures timely processing of your registration and helps avoid on-site delays.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Confirmation of your registration will be emailed prior to the meeting. You can pick up your badge and other meeting materials during open registration hours by visiting the registration desk.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHI office by September 19. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. All requests will be processed after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 19.
